1. Medical Clearance
   Before purchasing or registering for any coaching program, workout plan, diet plan, or digital product from Muscle Shastra, you are advised to consult your doctor or healthcare professional. By enrolling, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in physical exercise and dietary changes. Muscle Shastra shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, health complications, allergic reactions, medical conditions, or damages resulting from the use of our coaching services, workout plans, diet plans, or e-books.
2. Disclosure of Medical Conditions
   It is compulsory to disclose any existing medical condition, injury, illness, medication, physical limitation, or health concern before starting the program. Relevant medical reports must be shared wherever applicable. Failure to disclose such information will be solely the client’s responsibility, and Muscle Shastra will not be liable for any consequences arising from non-disclosure.
3. Coaching Validity & Expiry
   All coaching programs are valid only for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase. Clients are expected to actively participate, follow up, and communicate regularly during the active coaching period. If a client remains inactive, fails to respond, does not send updates, or does not follow the program for an extended period, the coaching duration will still continue as per the original timeline and will not be paused, extended, carried forward, or resumed later. Any continuation after the expiry period will require a fresh renewal/payment.
4. No Cancellation Policy
   All purchases made on Muscle Shastra, including online coaching programs, customized diet/workout plans, consultations, e-books, and digital products, are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances once payment has been made.
5. Results May Vary
   Results differ from person to person depending on various factors including genetics, metabolism, consistency, discipline, sleep, stress levels, medical conditions, lifestyle, and adherence to the program. Muscle Shastra does not guarantee specific results within any particular timeframe. Lack of consistency, incomplete adherence, or failure to follow instructions may negatively impact results.
6. Client Responsibility
   Muscle Shastra will provide customized workout, nutrition, and guidance plans based on the information provided by the client. However, it is the client’s sole responsibility to follow the plan consistently and correctly. We are not responsible for results affected by non-compliance, skipped workouts, inaccurate tracking, cheating on diet, lack of communication, or failure to follow instructions.
7. Mandatory Progress Updates
   Clients are required to provide regular updates including but not limited to daily weight updates, weekly physique pictures, measurements, workout performance, and other requested check-ins. Failure to provide updates may affect the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of coaching. Muscle Shastra will not be held responsible for poor results due to lack of communication or missed updates from the client’s side.
8. Communication & Response Time
   Clients are expected to maintain respectful communication. Muscle Shastra reserves the right to discontinue services without refund in cases of abusive, disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. Response times may vary depending on workload, weekends, holidays, or business hours.
9. Program Usage & Limitations
   All workout plans, diet plans, coaching methods, videos, PDFs, e-books, and other content shared by Muscle Shastra are intended only for the registered client/purchaser. Sharing, reselling, reproducing, distributing, or forwarding any material to third parties without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Changes in Health or Lifestyle
    Any significant change in health condition, injury status, medication, pregnancy, schedule, or lifestyle must be informed immediately. A program designed under one condition may not remain suitable after such changes, and Muscle Shastra will not be responsible if the client continues without informing us.
11. Personal Information & Privacy
    By registering, you consent to providing personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, address, photographs, health information, and payment details. This information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Digital Products Policy
    All digital product sales including e-books, PDFs, guides, and downloadable content are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once the product has been purchased or delivered.
13. Right to Refuse Service
    Muscle Shastra reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate coaching/services to any individual at its discretion in cases including but not limited to non-cooperation, misconduct, misuse of services, fake information, or violation of these terms.
14.  Strict No Refund Policy
    Under no circumstances shall any refund be provided once a payment has been successfully made to Muscle Shastra. This includes but is not limited to lack of time, change of mind, personal reasons, medical reasons, relocation, dissatisfaction, failure to follow the program, non-usage of the service, inactivity, or inability to continue the coaching program. By purchasing any service or product, the client agrees to this strict no-refund policy.
15. Non-Transferable Membership
    All coaching plans, memberships, customized programs, and digital services purchased from Muscle Shastra are strictly non-transferable. The purchased service can only be used by the registered client and cannot be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual under any circumstances.

     By purchasing any product or service from Muscle Shastra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy of this website.
